Find the class that feels right

Move, breathe, build strength or slow down. You do not need to know the style names before you begin. Choose a time that works and start there.

Some days call for stillness, some for strength and some for balance. These photos are from Frank's outdoor practice.

Slow Flow

All levels · 60 minutes

  • Monday 9.30am

Unhurried standing and floor work with time to settle into each shape.

Slow Flow is a breath-led class at a kinder pace. You still move, stretch and build a little heat, but there is room to find your footing. Frank cues clearly, offers options, and keeps the room calm. It is a strong first class if you are new to yoga in Marrickville, or if you want a weekday morning that does not rush you.

Best for: Beginners, returning students, and anyone who likes time in the poses.

Flow to Yin

All levels · 60 minutes

  • Monday 12.00pm

A warm standing flow that lands in long, quiet yin holds.

The first half of Flow to Yin wakes the body with simple standing sequences. The second half comes down to the floor for yin: longer holds, hips, spine and the nervous system. It is a good midday reset if you live or work from home in Marrickville, Dulwich Hill, Petersham or Stanmore and want movement without giving away your whole afternoon.

Best for: People who want both movement and a deep stretch in one class.

Vinyasa

All levels · 60 minutes

  • Wednesday 6.00pm

Steady after-work flow linking breath and movement.

Wednesday Vinyasa is a classic breath-led flow. Expect sun salutations, standing balances and a full-body stretch, with room to take a rest when you need one. You do not need a strong practice to come. You only need to arrive, and Frank will meet you there. It is the class to book if you finish work in the Inner West and want to move before the evening gets away from you.

Best for: After-work energy, regular movers, and curious beginners.

Yin

All levels · 60 minutes

  • Wednesday 7.15pm

Long-held floor poses to unwind the hips, spine and mind.

Yin is slow on purpose. Poses are held for minutes, usually on the floor, with props if you want them. The work is quiet and the lights stay soft. Come if your body feels tight from sitting, cycling or walking the Inner West hills, or if you simply want an hour that does not ask you to perform. Wednesday night Yin is a gentle way to close the day.

Best for: Stiff hips, busy minds, and anyone who needs a slower evening.

Morning Flow

All levels · 60 minutes

  • Saturday 8.00am

A spacious Saturday start before the weekend fills up.

Saturday Morning Flow is an 8am class for people who like to be on the mat before the markets and coffee queues. The pace is friendly, the cueing is clear, and the room stays welcoming if you rolled out of bed ten minutes earlier. It is yoga for Marrickville weekends: practical, local, and done in time for breakfast on Illawarra Road.

Best for: Early risers and anyone who wants a clear head on Saturday.

Vinyasa Flow

All levels · 60 minutes

  • Saturday 9.15am

A slightly warmer Saturday flow, still open to first-timers.

Vinyasa Flow follows Morning Flow at 9.15am. The sequences have a little more heat and rhythm, with the same options for a slower path. Come to one Saturday class or stay for both if you want a longer practice. Neighbours from Enmore, Newtown, Sydenham and Tempe often find this the easiest time to cross Addison Road.

Best for: Weekend practice, couples sharing a pass, and students who like a bit more fire.

What to bring

Wear clothes you can stretch in and bring water. Props at the studio are limited, so please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket if you have one.
