Arrive a little early
Ten minutes is enough. Frank can show you the room, the bathrooms, and where to put your shoes.
Community
Hut Yoga Marrickville is starting small on purpose. Six classes, one teacher, and a room inside a community centre that already belongs to the Inner West.
Addison Road Community Centre is one of those Marrickville places people already know, even if they have never walked all the way back to Hut 44. There are gardens, a local cafe, Egyptian street food at Koshari Korner, Saturday markets, and a gate on Addison Road that is easy to find. Practising here keeps yoga in the same world as the rest of local life.
We want the class to feel like a regular you keep, not a membership you forget. Come once and you will be new. Come a few times and you will be part of the room.

If vinyasa and yin are new words, that is fine. Choose a time. The style page can wait.
Passes can be shared. If a partner or friend has been asking about yoga in the Inner West, bring them.
Hut 44 sits on the Addison Road grounds, so class is part of the same morning as coffee, Egyptian street food and the Saturday markets. Stay after Saturday flow, or come early on a weekday and make a small outing of it.

There is a cafe on the grounds for a coffee before class or a sit-down after. It is the easy local stop if you walked from Marrickville, Dulwich Hill or Stanmore.

Koshari Korner is the Egyptian street food cafe near the carpark — koshari, falafel and other plates if you want breakfast or lunch without leaving Addison Road.

Saturday class finishes in time for the markets on the grounds. Walk the stalls, pick up produce, then head back to Hut 44 at the Bush Music Club hut at the back.
Students will come from right around Marrickville and the next suburbs over. If you live in one of these places and have been looking for a closer class than the city, this timetable is meant for you.
Frank Pineiro is the only teacher at the start. That keeps the voice in the room consistent and the community easy to grow. If the hut fills and the timetable grows, that story will be told here. Until then, you know who will be teaching.
